End to end understanding of the delivery model (including Payments, Receivables, Channels and specific reference to technology integration like ERP, API; E Collect, Reconciliation modules)
Adhere to implementation life cycle with a client centric approach (First Time Right, TAT and VoC)
Digitization of process (on boarding, documentation, work flow)
Responsible for revenue realization (monetization), plugging revenue leakages & depletion
Manage vendor resources for implementation or documentation tasks
Project Management, Relationship Management
Establish contact with clients for customized mandate implementation
Manage customer expectations in the implementation life cycle
Track mandates for closure ensuring that key process milestones are diarized & maintained for future reference
Keep updated about customer/industry news, events & requirements.
Should know background and requirements of customer (for customized mandates)




Aware of pain points/ challenges for having a dialogue internally to resolve issues
Follow all SOP and ORM measures for nil write off, losses, setup issues etc
Efficiency and cost save initiatives to improve implementation process for customer experience (product, process, platform)
Internal Regulatory Adherence
Responsible to lead a team of vendor resources and empower them to deliver on given tasks
Resolve escalations and manage developing situations with solution driven attitude
Understand the estimated revenue & thru put data for mandates. Closely monitor the revenue realization & thru put ramp up information for each mandate for a defined period.
Ensure nil revenue leakage by re-designing processes (plug depletion, billing cycle consistency and initial charge recovery tracking)
Assisting RM/PSMs with the necessary information required by them for business enhancement
