We are looking for an Implementation Specialist (UI) to configure and deploy UI solutioning to our SaaS platform. This role focuses on translating customer requirements into platform configurations to deliver a seamless user experience.

Note: This is an implementation and configuration role, not a software development role.

Key Responsibilities
Configure UI components based on customer requirements.
Gather and understand business requirements for implementation.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
Perform testing and validation before deployment.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely resolutions.
Conduct customer onboarding and user training.
Maintain implementation documentation and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
0.6–2 years of experience in SaaS implementation, product configuration, or application support.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and web applications.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with customer-facing implementations is preferred.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or low-code/no-code platforms is preferred.
