Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business prospects via phone and email
Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
Maintain and update CRM with client data and sales activities.
Candidate Requirements:
MBA in finance or a related stream, or sales experience for any graduates.
Experienced in sales, business development, or related fields.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and convincing skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead conversion.
Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced setting.
