Role Description The Inside Sales Manager role is a full time, in office position based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading and mentoring an inside sales team to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing lead generation activities, qualifying prospects, conducting follow-up calls, and guiding customers through the sales cycle for home interior solutions.

Manager will collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes reporting on sales performance, refining sales processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives to grow business in the Hyderabad market.

Qualifications

A candidate for this position should develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

The Sales Manager should have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

The Sales Manager should work closely with the Design teams, marketing team, Execution team to deliver interior fit-out projects.

He/she should Entrepreneurial mind-set and ability to bring in a structure where missing.

A Candidate for this position should have exceptional leadership skills and an approachable individual.

Should develop relationship with channel partners, architects, interiors designing firms, generate the leads for upcoming commercial fit outs and individually drive them to closures.
