Key Responsibilities
Development and implement effective recruitment strategy to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring manager to understand job requirement and create
Source candidate through various job portal
Screen and shortlist candidate
Conduct interviews
Coordinates with hiring manager
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Requirements:
Graduates with MBA(Hr)
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills
Ability to work in a quick paced environment and priorities multiple tasks
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Job type: full time Pay:12000-15000per month
Work location:in person
