Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to drive business growth. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and skilled networks
Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with candidates,

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process

Requirements
Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
