Funrider's Leisure & Amusement Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to onboarding — while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating closely with department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate technical and final round interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
Prepare offer letters and support salary negotiations.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Meet monthly hiring targets within specified timelines.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
Required Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to source for multiple open roles simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking tools (ATS).
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HR documentation and onboarding processes.
Salary ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).
