Shortage & Deduction Management/: Use adjustment records to route payment shortages, overpayments, processing fees, and unauthorized customer deductions to collection or dispute resolution units.

Determine and promptly correct any entry or balance disparities by comparing the total applied transactional statistics with bank deposit summaries every day.
