Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Eligibility
Any Graduate.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
