Manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage the joining process.
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports, ATS/database, and hiring metrics.
Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
