Diploma mechanical - Frehser or exp.
Perform quality inspection of all incoming bought-out materials as per approved inspection standards.
 Carry out quality inspection of all incoming machined and manufactured components.
 Conduct final inspection and acceptance testing of assembled products before dispatch.
 Record inspection results and maintain quality records.
 Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues related to rejected materials and ensure timely corrective actions.
 Investigate customer complaints related to product quality, identify the root cause, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
 Prepare, maintain, and update inspection checklists, quality procedures, inspection reports, and other quality-related documents for incoming materials and finished products.
 Ensure compliance with company quality standards and established inspection procedures.Valuable understanding of engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, and mechanical components.
 Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers,micrometres, height gauges, dial indicators, and related inspection tools.
Work closely with the production, design, and procurement teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.




 Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and manufacturing quality.
 Basic knowledge of quality control methods and documentation.
 Valuable communication and coordination skills for interacting with vendors and internal departments.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for maintaining inspection records and reports.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Attention to detail and a systematic approach to inspections.
 Ability to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
 Knowledge of acceptance testing procedures for mechanical assemblies is an added advantage.
 Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
