Key Responsibilities:
Individual will be responsible for generating sales pipeline for recent business and/or existing customer in the North American / Europe region.
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest in MetricStreams solutions.
Qualify inbound/outbound leads from various demand-gen campaigns, assessing their business needs and fit for our products.
Engage in meaningful conversations with key decision-makers to understand their pain points and educate them on Metric Streams value proposition.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and messaging.




Working closely with field sales and providing support in the sales cycle.
Liaising with different departments and stakeholders while supporting in closures.
Working closely with Marketing team, monitoring internal promotional activities and sharing relevant information with potential prospects.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings scheduled and pipeline generated.
Continuously learn about GRC industry trends, competitors, and Metric Streams product offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
