Role Description The Investor role at JusPncorp India Private Limited is a full time, in office position based in Coimbatore. The investor will evaluate and support funding opportunities that align with the company’s mission of empowering farmers and expanding sustainable agricultural trade. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial projections, assessing risk and return, monitoring portfolio performance, and collaborating with leadership on growth strategies and new market initiatives.

The role also involves engaging with stakeholders, analyzing agribusiness trends,



and contributing to long-term investment plans that strengthen farmer networks and supply chains.

Qualifications

Robust financial analysis, budgeting, and investment evaluation skills, with the ability to assess risk and return in agribusiness ventures.

Experience in portfolio management, capital allocation, and monitoring investment performance across multiple projects or business units.

Knowledge of agriculture, food products, or supply chain management, particularly related to rice, spices, dry fruits, or pulses.

Ability to conduct market research, interpret economic and industry data, and identify growth opportunities in farmer-focused businesses.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with farmers, partners, and internal teams.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Agribusiness, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

Demonstrated integrity, long-term investment mindset, and commitment to sustainable and ethical business practices.

Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and travel to farming communities or partner locations as needed.
