We are seeking a skilled HR Compliance Officer to help our company meet industry standards and legal requirements related to human resources and employment practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR compliance programs.

The HR Compliance Officer will be expected to stay abreast of industry changes, interpret applicable laws, and advise management on compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
Stay updated on internal HR policies and ensure compliance.
Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
Prepare and present reports on HR compliance activities.
Investigate any allegations of noncompliance.
Recommend corrective action plans to resolve compliance issues.
Provide training and guidance to HR staff on compliance matters.




Respond to any request for HR records or data.
Coordinate with legal department as required.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Compliance Officer or similar role.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Experience with HR management systems and databases.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Skilled certification in HR or Compliance is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
