We have an urgent opening for the position of Legal Qualified(Litigation/ Non Litigation) for a reputed company in Real Estate industry at Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions
Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed
Represent the company in the purchases and sales of properties
Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio
Prepare leases, buy/sell agreements, title opinions, easements, and other real estate documents
Follow up on court cases and report to the Legal Team
Assist in the preparation of court documents like plaint written statements and other applications.

Working Days - Mon - Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday off, Sunday off)

Age - up to 45

Gender - Male

Candidates Profile:
Candidate should be able to read, write and Speak Kannada language-Mandatory.

Punctual
Experience in Litigation.
Real Estate industry preferred.
