You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client.

NTo own the Sales funnel &drive; Sales Closure.

NTo own Customer Experience during a project.

NTo lead and own quality &accuracy; of design deliverables.

NTo own an end to end Project lifecycle.

NGraduation / relevant Diploma | 15 years' of Academic education.

NMinimum experience of 2 years as an Interior Designer.

NLed and delivered minimum5 to 6 Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects.

NHolds excellent knowledgeof design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.





NHolds design expertise inConceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)

NTechnical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)

NModular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)

NCivil works & Services (specifications & installation details)

NHolds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.

NHolds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
