Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and workforce planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
Handle employee relations, policy implementation, and HR compliance.
Support compensation, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes.
Analyse HR metrics and recommend people-focused initiatives.
Requirements
5–8 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering.
Experience in the interior design, architecture, fit-out or construction industry is highly preferred.
Solid hiring network within the interiors/design ecosystem.
Positive understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/HR certification is an advantage.
