Collaborate on workflow configuration for HR lifecycle processes.
Respond to client and employee inquiries with accurate HR support.
Role Responsibilities:
Train internal HR teams on country-specific HR compliance.
Design scalable, effective HR processes for service delivery.
Act as Power of Attorney to sign documents and ensure compliance.
Provide HR support across multiple countries where applicable.
