We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Support & Change Enablement Specialist with 5 years of experience in Change Management and HR digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will support global HRIS projects by driving change management activities, coordinating project execution, facilitating user adoption, and managing functional testing activities across HR technology platforms. The role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of HR digital solutions.

Relevant Experience Required

Conducting stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
Developing user communications and training materials
Functional testing, regression testing, and release validation
Coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams
Working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Managing feedback collection and adoption initiatives
Supporting quarterly releases and system enhancements

Desirable Skills
Oracle HCM or other Cloud HRIS platforms
Project Management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
