Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
Solid understanding of business and commercial transactions.
Excellent communication, drafting, and research skills.
Experience in managing dispute resolution & litigation with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
Experience in providing legal advisory to mitigate business risks.
Ability to work independently and learn & adapt to business situations.
