We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Librarian to join our team at Banari Amman Institute of Technology. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in library management and be able to provide excellent service to our students, faculty, and staff.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage the overall operation of the library, including cataloging, circulation, and reference services.
Develop and implement library policies and procedures to ensure compliance with AICTE norms.
Collaborate with faculty members to integrate library resources into their curriculum.
Provide training and instruction on library resources and databases to students and staff.
Maintain accurate records of library materials, including inventory and circulation statistics.




Participate in budgeting and planning for library services and resources.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of library management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including students, faculty, and staff.
Proficient in using library software and technology, including online catalogs and digital databases.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
