Role Description The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing basic financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate documentation of expenses and revenues.

requiring close collaboration with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and basic financial reporting.
Ability to work with accounting software and spreadsheets; familiarity with MS Excel and standard financial tools.
Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site workplace.
Relevant educational background, such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Integrity and a high level of confidentiality in handling financial data; willingness to learn and grow within a rapid-paced logistics-focused HR company.
Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance is an advantage but not mandatory.
