Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java, J2EE, and Struts framework .
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Implement MVC-based applications ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide bug fixes.
Work with relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) for backend integration.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Contribute to migration and modernization projects (Struts to Spring MVC/Boot, if applicable).

Required Skills:
Robust programming skills in Core Java, J2EE .




Hands-on experience with Struts 1.x / 2.x framework .
Valuable understanding of MVC architecture, Servlets, JSP, JDBC .
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL and relational databases.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery for front-end integration.
Exposure to REST/SOAP Web Services .
Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control (Git/SVN).
Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Spring / Hibernate frameworks.
Experience with migration from Struts to Spring Boot .
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Agile/Scrum working experience.
