Lead pan-India business development and marketing for Solar EPC projects with a strong focus on

Module Mounting Structures (MMS). Drive market expansion, institutional sales, tendering, branding,

and revenue growth while building high-value client and partner relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities
Drive business development with institutional, industrial, factory, and EPC clients across India.
Develop current markets for Solar MMS products.
Build and manage relationships with Purchase, Projects, Technical heads, and CXO-level stakeholders.
Create and execute marketing strategies for EPC, Tracker, and MMS offerings.
Lead lead-generation programs, campaigns, and client outreach (offline & digital).
Manage tenders: tracking, pre-qualification, bid preparation, and submissions.
Oversee techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and pricing in coordination with engineering.
Own client engagement from lead to order closure and smooth handover to execution teams.
Strengthen brand presence through digital marketing, content, PR,



and industry platforms.
Lead and mentor the BD/Marketing team; define KPIs and track performance.
Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing; report MIS to management.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums.

Educational Background and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business/ MBA
12+ years in Solar MMS marketing & business development.
Robust exposure to Solar Mounting Structures Marketing
Proven expertise in tenders, large EPC deals, and industrial order closures.
Deep understanding of the Indian solar market and EPC project lifecycle.
