We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Sales to join our Out Station Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and build solid Channel Partner relationships.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project execution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and Channel Partner requirements for growth opportunities.
Work Experience
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term CP network.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in the Mumbai and Pune real estate markets will be highly preferred.
Familiarity with the local property market, CP network, and customer landscape is a significant advantage.
