FLAME University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Admissions Outreach (Undergraduate Admissions) to strengthen our student outreach initiatives in the Delhi region.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive undergraduate student outreach and admissions initiatives across Delhi and North India.

Build and nurture relationships with schools, principals, counselors, and educational institutions.

Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission events.

Represent FLAME University at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programs.

Generate quality student leads and manage the complete outreach pipeline.

Work closely with the Admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.

Maintain market intelligence and identify current outreach opportunities.





Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized university.

5–8 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, outreach, business development, or education marketing.

Robust network with schools and education counselors in Delhi/NCR is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
