Job Responsibilities:
Provide L2 application and production support for Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System (CBS).
Monitor production environments and ensure high application availability.
Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with L3 and development teams for issue resolution.
Support end-of-day (EOD), beginning-of-day (BOD), and batch processing activities.
Handle application deployments, configuration changes, and production releases.
Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to resolve application issues.
Maintain incident reports, documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Mandatory Skills:
5–10 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System (CBS).
Strong experience in L2 Application/Production Support.




Hands-on experience in incident management and production issue resolution.
Valuable understanding of Core Banking operations.
Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux workplace.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
ITIL process knowledge.
Experience in banking or financial services domain.
Exposure to production monitoring and batch support.
