This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand the company's logistics and supply chain services.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to generate current business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify recent business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of logistics and supply chain services.
Set sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics for the regional sales team and monitor progress against these goals.
Identify and mitigate sales risks, and develop contingency plans to address any issues that may impact sales performance.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Negotiate and close complex sales deals with large customers and partners in the logistics and supply chain industry.
