About

Role The Lead Generation Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and qualifying recent leads across multiple channels, including digital platforms, calls, and networking.

The Lead Generation

Specialist will conduct research on target markets, gather contact information, and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospects, nurturing relationships, coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings, and providing regular reports on lead generation performance.



The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Current Leads and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify and qualify potential clients.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication for outreach and follow-up.

Candidates should possess Sales skills, with experience supporting or driving conversions from leads to opportunities.

Candidates should possess Research skills to analyze markets, identify decision-makers, and gather accurate contact and company information.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data entry and reporting.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects and tasks.

Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
