Engagement - Resource will work as part of the existing support team
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Linux servers in a production setting.
Manage and maintain critical production servers, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
Perform day-to-day operational activities within the organization related to Linux infrastructure.
Perform user management, filesystem administration, and server health monitoring.
Troubleshoot OS-level issues and perform performance tuning.
Manage patching activities, system updates, and security hardening.
Monitor server availability, logs, and critical services.
Support backup, restoration, and disaster recovery activities.
Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, failover, and failback activities.
Work closely with application, database, network, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
Participate in 24x7 support operations and incident management
