Candidate must have knowledge in smart sourcing to use latest technology tools (AI).
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding recent hires.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of talent acquisition services.
Conduct cold calling, headhunting, and reference checks to identify top candidates for open positions.
Develop robust relationships with Management and Employees through effective communication and negotiation skills.
