Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for optimization
Work with stakeholders to redesign processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness

Develop, document, and standardize SOPs for key business processes




Ensure SOPs are transparent, concise, and aligned with organizational policies
Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect process changes and improvements

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual tasks
