Role Description The Marketing Strategist is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand, promote products, and support sales objectives in the agricultural market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, defining target segments, planning campaigns, and collaborating with sales and product teams to align messaging and initiatives.

The Marketing

Strategist will create marketing plans, track performance metrics,



manage communication across channels, and adjust strategies based on data and feedback. The role also involves preparing presentations, supporting events and field activities, and ensuring that marketing efforts reflect the needs of farmers and partners.

Qualifications

Solid Market Research and Research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Proficiency in Marketing and Marketing Strategy to design and execute effective campaigns and long-term plans.

Excellent Communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to internal teams, farmers, and partners.

Experience in agricultural or agribusiness marketing is highly beneficial.

Ability to interpret data, use basic analytics tools, and make evidence-based decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in office in Hyderabad.
