We are looking for a proactive and organised Production & Operations executive to join our fashion business in NOIDA
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day production and ensure smooth coordination between production, inventory, order processing and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee daily garment production
Assign targets and priorities to karigars and production staff
Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion
Maintain finished-goods inventory and stock records
Update and manage online sales and order data
Coordinate packaging and order-dispatch activities
Prepare and track pending-order reports
Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within committed timelines
Coordinate with the production, inventory and e-commerce teams
Identify operational delays and take timely corrective action
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, accountable and comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities simultaneously. Prior experience in garment production, fashion operations, inventory management or e-commerce order fulfilment will be preferred.

Work Mode: Full time, in office
