Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to student onboarding, application workflows, and service delivery coordination.
Assist with daily administrative & technical tasks to ensure smooth processing of applications across India, US, UK , Canada & Australia ensuring departmental efficiency.
Track progress across multiple student cases, maintain organized records, and ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Collaborating with counselors and sales teams, optimizing internal processes,



and resolving operational issues to maintain a smooth experience for learners.
Prepare reports to monitor performance indicators, and continuously improve operational procedures.
Contribute to product development and research across our student-facing CRM dashboards
Maintain relationship with external partners to ensure smooth processing of applications

Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
Ability to plan, prioritize, and track multiple student journeys and operational initiatives
Proficiency in excel is a must
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with productivity and CRM tools
Relevant experience in education services, student counseling support, or service operations is preffered
