Role Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize conversational AI using Dialogflow integrated with Looker.
Collaborate with contact center teams for CVP and ICM integration.
Conduct testing and maintain documentation for AI solutions.
Enhance user experience and stakeholder alignment through feedback and analytics.
Job Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in Dialogflow development with Looker integration.
Robust understanding of CVP, ICM, and contact center technologies.
Proficiency in conversational AI design and agile methodology.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
