Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional
Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system.
Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification.
Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally.
Having thorough knowledge in electronic parts, assemblies & its processes.




Valuable understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application
Experience in quality systems of electronic components for automotive application CDI, ECU, voltage Regulator, sensors, digital instrument clusters (speedometers)
Competition bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE
PFMEA
Should have valuable engagement with Tier 1 & Semiconductor Manufacturing and distributors
Behavioral
