Role Description The Operations Assistant will directly support our founders in day-to-day operational activities at Subo's in office location in Surat. This internship role involves assisting with inventory management, overseeing order processing, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, production coordination, procurement, quality control, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage inventory using Excel/Google Sheets and maintain accurate stock records
Handle inventory reconciliation and bin-wise inventory management
Track sales, purchases, and stock movement
Manage fabric procurement and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Oversee trims and accessories inventory
Coordinate production timelines and sampling activities with internal teams and manufacturers
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Manage packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment processes
Create and maintain Shopify product listings and perform day-to-day operational updates
Maintain operational documentation, reports, and SOPs
Collaborate with design, production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely execution
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
