Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role supports day-to-day travel operations by coordinating with the internal team, maintaining accurate records, and updating internal systems and reports.

The Operations

Assistant assists in managing itineraries for corporate and leisure travelers, helps prepare documentation for MICE movements and group tours, and ensures timely communication with suppliers and partners. The role also involves resolving operational issues, responding to customer queries,



and working closely with the operations team to maintain smooth workflow and high service standards. Qualifications

Strong operations and operations management skills, with the ability to support daily workflow and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Solid analytical skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and improve processes and service delivery.

Effective communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.

Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Basic knowledge of travel industry practices, including bookings, itineraries, and documentation, is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel and common business software.

Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a quick-paced operations environment.

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, or a related field preferred; prior experience in travel operations or administration is beneficial.
