Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in ERP implementation, eCommerce integrations, and functional configuration in Odoo. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business process mapping, client coordination, and basic technical knowledge (Python & XML) to effectively collaborate with the development team.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional documentation.
Configure and implement Odoo modules including:
Sales
Purchase
Inventory
Accounting
CRM
HR
eCommerce
Handle Odoo eCommerce setup, payment gateway integration, and website configuration.
Perform gap analysis and coordinate with developers for customizations.
Basic understanding of Python and XML to review technical feasibility and assist in minor changes.
Conduct UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide end-user training and documentation.




Open to client-side visits for requirement gathering, implementation, and support.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in Odoo Functional Consulting.
Solid ERP process understanding.
Experience in Odoo eCommerce implementation.
Basic knowledge of Python and XML.
Valuable knowledge of Accounting and Inventory workflows.
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Preferred Qualifications
B.Com / BBA / MBA / B.Tech (IT or related field)
Experience in retail, manufacturing, or service industry projects.
Experience in third-party integrations (payment gateways, logistics, marketplaces) is a plus.
