Job Objective

To install, replace, and maintain smart meters at assigned locations while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with project standards and company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance: Install and commission smart meters at customer sites according to project guidelines.

Testing: Conduct in office testing and troubleshooting of meter connectivity.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure proper wiring, sealing, and installation safety compliance; adhere to EHS and electrical safety protocols at all times.

Reporting: Capture installation data through mobile applications/handheld devices; maintain daily installation reports and submit work status updates.

Coordination: Coordinate with supervisors for job allocation and escalation of issues.

Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries professionally during field visits.

Asset Management: Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets responsibly.

Targets: Meet assigned installation targets and timelines; ensure zero damage to customer property.
