We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our Operations team. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and working in a quick-paced setting, this role is for you.

No prior experience is required. We value curiosity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn much more than previous work experience.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle returns, exchanges, and related documentation.
Coordinate order dispatches with logistics partners.
Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Manage inventory, including stock updates, audits, and reconciliation.
Ensure products are stored, packed, and shipped as per company standards.
Maintain accurate records using internal software and spreadsheets.
Work closely with customer support, warehouse, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations.
Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement them.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
