Lead industrial engineering activities to improve production efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization across manufacturing lines.

Conduct time studies, line balancing, and manpower optimization to achieve targeted output and operational efficiency.

Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material flow for smooth manufacturing operations.

Support current product introduction (NPI) by defining process flow, cycle time, and line setup.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, cycle time, and operational cost.

Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve line performance and yield.

Support automation and digitalization initiatives aligned with smart manufacturing practices.

Develop standard work instructions and process documentation for manufacturing operations.

Train and guide engineering and production teams on best practices in industrial engineering.
