Role Responsibilities
Define performance engineering strategy and review test plans, scenarios, and results.

Coordinate with DevOps and development teams for performance tuning and setting readiness.
Track metrics, manage defects, and ensure audit-ready documentation.
Job Requirements:
12+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Hands-on with Grafana, Dynatrace, AWS performance monitoring, and cloud metrics.
Robust expertise in SLAs, RCA, test data creation, and performance risk mitigation.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
