Qualification
ITI (Civil), Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities at the plant.
Ensure quality of precast concrete products, blocks, pavers, and other construction materials.
Monitor production of precast items as per company standards.
Perform and assist in laboratory testing of raw materials and finished products.
Conduct quality inspections, maintain test records, and report non-conformities.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality control processes.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of civil engineering and precast concrete manufacturing.
Knowledge of concrete quality testing and laboratory procedures will be an advantage.
Ability to supervise manpower and maintain production discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
