Looking for a Financial / Business Analyst Manager to develop product/service costing, analyze pricing strategies, improve profitability, and support commercial decision-making. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, experience in cost analysis, pricing models, budgeting, and financial reporting while working closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare product/service costing and pricing models.
Analyze costs, margins, and profitability.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Evaluate pricing strategies based on market trends and competition.
Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve business profitability.
Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for commercial decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and costing standards.

Desired Profile:
CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
5–10 years of experience in costing, pricing, financial analysis,



or commercial finance.
Solid knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, and financial modelling.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
