About the Role

Beco is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager – General Trade and Contemporary Trade to lead and scale our GT business across India. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, strengthening channel partnerships, and building a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the national General Trade and Modern Trade sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Drive primary and secondary sales growth while delivering revenue and market share targets.
Expand distribution, improve outlet coverage, and strengthen distributor and wholesaler networks.
Lead, mentor,



and develop Regional Sales Managers and field sales teams to drive execution excellence.
Monitor sales performance, forecasting, budgets, and key business metrics.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Identify growth opportunities, optimize sales processes, and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods sales, with robust exposure to General Trade and Modern Trade.
Proven experience leading national or multi-region sales teams and managing large distributor networks.
Solid track record of driving distribution expansion, revenue growth, and market execution.
