About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the smooth execution of interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the design, procurement, site execution, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations for ongoing interior fit-out projects.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Liaise with architects, designers, project managers, site teams, vendors, and clients.
Track procurement of materials and ensure timely deliveries to project sites.
Maintain project documentation, reports, work orders, and operational records.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and material follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Assist in scheduling site visits, meetings, and project reviews.
Monitor project progress and escalate delays or operational issues to management.




Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor invoices and payment follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Support management in improving operational efficiency and workflow.

Required Skills
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in preparing MIS reports and maintaining documentation.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of interior fit-out processes will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in the interior design, construction, or fit-out industry.

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to visit project sites as and when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,593.00 per month
