10–20 years in sales ofmedical devices or surgical disposables.

Minimum 5 years in a national or regional leadership role.

Proven experience in disposable syringes is highly preferred.

nKey Responsibilities

Develop and execute the national sales strategy.
N
Appoint and manage state-wise distributors and super stockists.
N
Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
N
Drive sales in:
N
Government institutions
N
Private hospitals
n
Corporate hospital chains
N
Medical colleges
n
Institutional buyers
N
Trade and distribution channels
N
Increase market share across India.
N
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
N




Work closely with marketing for product launches and promotional campaigns.
N
Identify recent business opportunities and key accounts.
N
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
N
Ensure effective forecasting, inventory planning, and sales reporting.
N
