About the Role We're looking for a Lead / Manager – Product Design to lead the product design function and shape the overall design vision across consumer-facing products. This role combines hands-on design expertise with team leadership, working closely with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the product design vision and UI/UX strategy.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Product Design team.
Design and evolve scalable design systems and UI components.
Ensure a consistent and premium user experience across web and mobile applications.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to influence product direction.
Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and prototyping to final handoff.
Conduct design reviews and maintain high standards across all design deliverables.
Champion user-centred design backed by data and business goals.

Requirements
7+ years of Product Design/UI/UX experience, including 5+ years in UI/UX design.
Minimum 1 year of experience leading or mentoring design teams.




Strong experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
Expertise across the complete product design lifecycle.
Exceptional UI and UX design skills with a solid visual portfolio.
Hands-on experience building scalable design systems.
Proficiency with Figma, Principle, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience collaborating with senior leadership, Product, and Engineering teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field) from a premier design institution.
Experience working in B2C product companies is mandatory.
